Role Description
n
Registered Nurse – part-time/casual, in office in Castle Hill, NSW. Responsible for resident assessment, care planning, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, chronic condition management, acute response, and clinical documentation. Also supervises care staff, coordinates with health professionals, communicates with families, and supports infection prevention, falls prevention, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, eligible to practice in NSW.

Clinical skills in aged care or similar settings.
n
Strong communication, documentation, and handover skills.
n
Ability to lead care staff, prioritize workloads, and adapt to changing needs.
n
Knowledge of aged care standards, infection control, and WHS.
n
Commitment to person-centered, culturally sensitive care.
n
Basic computer and electronic health record skills.
n
Residential aged care or gerontology experience desirable.
n
Post-graduate aged care nursing qualification an advantage.
n
New graduates welcome to apply.

Night shift availability preferred.
n
Mandarin and/or Cantonese speakers preferred.
