Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service (VALS) is seeking an experienced criminal lawyer to lead the Balit Ngulu Youth Justice team in a deputy supervising role. This full time, 12-month fixed-term position supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people, with ongoing court appearances and leadership responsibilities.

You will supervise and mentor a team of lawyers, shape practice standards, and contribute to policy and systemic advocacy.
