Join Our Team – Certificate III Room Assistant
n
Foundations Learning Academy is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring Certificate III qulaified educator to join our dedicated team in the role of a room assistant.
n
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week- 5 days per week)

About the Role
n
As a Certificate 3 Qualified Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators to:
n
Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the service.
n
Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
n
Assist with implementing engaging play-based learning experiences.
n
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
n
Implement the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
n




Ensure the Health and Safety of all Enrollment Children within our Service.
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
Passionate about working with young children and Child Safety/Child Protection.
n
Reliable, punctual and committed to learning.
n
Friendly, positive and enthusiastic.
n
Able to work collaboratively within a team.
n
Professional with excellent communication skills.
n
Willing to obtain (or already hold) a NSW Working With Children Check.
n
No previous experience is necessary-just a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and a willingness to learn.
