Join our team as a Mortgage Consultant and help clients achieve their homeownership dreams through personalized mortgage solutions. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricacies of real estate financing and ensuring their smooth journey towards property ownership.
Experience is required so you can jump right in! We have large book of clients to service and also want you to be able to generate new leads and referrals!
The QSA office provides you with the unique opportunity to work closely along side qualified Financial Planners and Accountants to deliver clients an overarching holistic view of all things financial.

Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
Analyze clients' financial situations to determine mortgage affordability and eligibility.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, interest rates, and lending regulations.
Research and compare different mortgage options from various lenders to recommend the most suitable solutions.
Application and Documentation:




Completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently for a smooth process through to settlement.
Collect and review necessary documentation, such as income verification, credit history, and property details.
Collaborate with lending institutions to negotiate competitive rates and terms on behalf of clients.
Act as the intermediary between clients and lenders, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
Evaluate clients' financial profiles to determine the most appropriate loan structures.
Calculate monthly payments, interest rates, and potential down payments to provide clients with accurate cost estimates.
Compliance and Regulations:
Stay knowledgeable about mortgage industry regulations, laws, and compliance standards.
Ensure that all transactions adhere to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and exceptional service.
Provide regular updates and clear communication throughout the mortgage application and approval process.
Problem Solving:
Address challenges or obstacles that may arise during the mortgage application process.
Find creative solutions to help clients overcome potential barriers to securing financing.
