About the Role:
n
As a Branch Manager your role will include:
n
n
Leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Officers
n
Achieve monthly branch KPI's
n
Working closely with all stakeholders, both internal and external
n
Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.
n
Underwriting loans (secured and unsecured).
n
Resolving any customer queries and enquiries.
n
n
We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to work on a fulltimebasis at our St Marys branch.
n
Typical hours will be 38 hours per week, generally across 5 days with no weekend work.
n
About You:
n To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:
n
n
Face-to-face customer service experience & confidence in managing customer expectations.
n
Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
n
Passion to work towards individual and branch KPIs.
n
Ability to problem-solve and be capable of managing multiple tasks.
n
Self-motivated and driven team player
n




Ability to effectively communicate and maintain
relationshipswithcustomers,
both internal and external
n
Ability to motivate your team
n
n
