We're looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Office Assistant to join a growing mortgage broking business based in Ormeau.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career and wants more than just an administration role. You don't need previous experience in mortgages or finance. We're much more interested in your personality, communication skills, confidence and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing
This is a varied role where no two days will look exactly the same. You'll be involved in:
Providing general administration and office support
Answering phones and communicating with clients
Data entry and keeping client information and systems up to date
Following up leads and helping generate appointments




Supporting the mortgage broker with day-to-day client management
Creating and posting social media content across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
Learning the mortgage broking process and developing your knowledge of the industry
Building your confidence in client communication, sales and lead generation
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may have experience in administration, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or another people‐focused environment.
