What will you be doing?
n
You'll be at the heart of our service operation, connecting customers with our technicians and making sure every job runs smoothly from booking through to completion.
n
Your day will include:
n
n
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their service needs
n
Preparing clear, accurate and competitive service quotes
n
Booking jobs and managing the workshop schedule
n
Coordinating with technicians to keep jobs progressing and customers informed
n
Managing warranty claims and product improvement campaigns
n
Reviewing repair orders and preparing accurate service invoices
n
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
n
Monitoring service performance and using data to identify opportunities to improve
n
Helping create an exceptional customer experience, every time
n
n
What are we looking for?
n
We're looking for someone who isorganised, personable and proactive— someone who enjoys dealing with customers and is just as comfortable managing the administration behind the scenes.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent administration and organisational skills
n
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and business systems
n
A positive,
practical and solutions-focused attitude
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
n
n
Experience inagriculture, construction, mining or automotivewould be highly regarded.
n
You don't necessarily need to be trade qualified —industry knowledge and mechanical understanding are a bonus, not a must. What matters most is your ability to look after customers, stay organised and keep things moving.
