What you'll be doing:

Managing your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-up

Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and internal procedures

Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

What you'll bring:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Residential Property Management

Current ACT Property Management Registration
n
Confident communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
