Lucia is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant and bar, lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

About the role
n

Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and take charge in their absence
n
Lead shifts and coordinate front-of-house, bar and kitchen teams for smooth service
n
Deliver warm, professional service and handle guest enquiries and feedback
n
Train, support and mentor team members
n
Assist with rostering and day-to-day staff allocation
n
Coordinate bookings, functions and large groups
n
Maintain service, presentation and cleanliness standards
n
Oversee opening and closing procedures
n

What you will bring

Previous assistant management or senior supervisory experience in a busy hospitality venue
n
Robust leadership and communication skills, with confidence leading a busy service
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
n
Current NSW RSA certificate
n
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
n
