About the role
n
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and creating a range of administrative duties for NRGAUS and its clients. The role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently while also being part of a busy team environment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
General office administration and data entry
n
Entering and processing invoices through Xero
n
End of Month Reporting, liaising with our Accountant on occasion
n
Managing and monitoring the company's shared inbox
n
Booking company accommodation, when required
n
Managing vehicle servicing and insurance
n
Ordering office supplies and general stock
n
Assisting Directors and Supervisors with administrative tasks
n
Communicating with staff, clients and external suppliers
n




Maintaining organised records and company documentation
n

About you
n
n
Has previous experience in administration, office coordination or a similar role
n
Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
n
Has good computer skills and is confident learning new systems
n
Experience with MYOB or Xero is highly regarded
n
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
Is reliable, professional and able to work with minimal supervision
n
Holds a current driver's licence
n
n
