The Role

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 175+ properties
n
Build strong relationships with owners and renters
n
Manage maintenance, arrears, inspections and renewals
n
Ensure compliance requirements are met
n
Work closely with the wider PM and leasing team
n
Dedicated leasing and administration support
n
n

About You

2+ years' residential Property Management experience
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Strong communication skills
n
Calm under pressure
n
Team player with a positive attitude
n
