CGC Recruitment are working with a Sydney based builder with a reputation for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects. Based in the Inner West, they work alongside some of Australia's most celebrated architects and have delivered multiple award winning recent builds and renovations across Sydney.

With over 15 year years in business, they have built up a solid team and systems in place to deliver high-end homes to the highest level and with a new project starting in 4 weeks' time, they are needing an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $14 million new build in Bellevue Hill.
n
To apply for this role, you must have delivered an architectural designed home close to $10m in Sydney and strong communication skills and good building knowledge.

The Role:
n
n
Oversee day-to-day site operations for the full duration of the build, from early works through to practical completion
n
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain program and quality
n
Work closely with the architect, project manager and client representatives to ensure design intent is delivered without compromise
n
Manage site safety, compliance and WHS obligations
n




Maintain rigorous quality control standards befitting a high-end residential build
n
Track and report on program, budget and site progress
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential
n
Track record delivering projects of a similar scale ($10M+)
n
Experience working directly with architects on design-driven builds, with an appreciation for detail and finish
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
n
Excellent communication skills — comfortable liaising with architects, clients and consultants
n
Carpentry or construction management qualifications
n
Current NSW driver's licence and valid White Card
n
