Job Description
An excellent chance exists to join one of Queensland's fastest growing hospitality management groups. You will be responsible for the delivery of corporate and leisure functions as well as match/event days at the Queensland Cricketers Club at the Gabba, Ballymore Stadium and Allan Border Field. Your role will be to coordinate these busy days supported by management and a long list of professionally trained staff.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate corporate and leisure functions across three sites
n
Manage match/event days at Queensland Cricketers Club and other venues
n
Manage a team of ***** staff members
n
Oversee food and beverage operations
n
Handle rostering and personnel management
n
Interact with customers both internal and external
n
About you
n
Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality experience in function and event spaces
n
Advanced user proficiency with POS systems
n
Understanding of POS systems, rostering, food and beverage handling, and F&B; operations
n
Ability to interact with customers both internal and external
n
Motivated person with ability to manage personnel
n
Future opportunities and growth within the team
