Service Technician - Weighing Equipment - Weighbridge and Scales

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our Brisbane team and deliver exceptional service, technical expertise and customer support in the field.

About the Role
n
This hands-on field service position involves:
n
Installing, servicing and repairing weighing equipment.
n
Performing calibrations and verification.
n
Diagnosing faults and providing technical solutions.
n
Completing service reports and compliance documentation.
n
Working safely and contributing to continuous improvement.
n
Travel to customer sites throughout Queensland and occasionally interstate, including occasional overnight stays as required.
n
About You
n
You will have:
n
Robust mechanical, electrical, electronics or instrumentation aptitude.
n
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
n
A customer-focused attitude.
n
Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
n
The following will be highly regarded:
n




Experience servicing, calibrating or repairing weighing equipment.
n
NMI verifier competency training or experience verifying weighing instruments (Subclasses 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3).
n
Technical trade qualifications or relevant industry experience.
n
Experience with instrumentation, automation, process control or electrical systems.
n
