We are a family owned and run Sheetmetal/Waterjet Cutting/Manufacturing business and are seeking to employ an experienced (preferrable) Factry Hand/CNC Waterjet operatorto run our Waterjet Machines.
The position provides an chance for the right candidate to have a long term position within a company that has more than 30 years experience within the Manufacturing industry.
There will be a 3month probation period and you will be required to work a 38 hour weekMonday to Friday 7.30am to 3.36pm plus overtime when required
Onsite training will be provided
Requirements
Previous experience/knowledge of the Manufacturing industry an advantage but not required
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Willing to learn
Liaise with customers when required
Current Forklift licence (must be obtained if you do not have one by completion of probation)
Experience using Waterjet Cutting machines an advantage - 5 axis
Perform machine adjustment calculations
Use knowledge of workplace standards to avoid accidents
Ensuring production requirements are being met
Ensuring internal process controls and documentation are being met
