Ventia's Minerals team at Olympic Dam seeks a frontline supervisor to lead civil works and drilling support, coordinating pad construction, road maintenance and earthworks to keep operations on schedule. You will manage a small team, liaise with client stakeholders and drilling crews, and oversee permits, purchasing, maintenance planning and reporting while promoting a solid safety culture.
