Due to our recent expansion, we're looking for an experienced and motivated
Fabricator
to join our highly skilled and supportive team.
Our clientele includes local and interstate companies from industries such as Mining, Defence, Aerospace, Food Manufacturing, Farming & Agriculture, plus many more.



This diverse clientele along with our 25 years' experience in business has allowed Ironbox Engineering to set itself apart and excel in its field of engineering.
If you are an experienced Fabricator who values accountability, has a positive 'can-do' work ethic, has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and is willing to contribute to delivering timely and quality outcomes, then we would love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
Technical Criteria:
Engineering trade-qualification (eg. Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent)
Welding MIG, TIG and Brazing
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Mentoring of Apprentice Fabricators
Personal Attributes:
Values self-accountability and accountability to others
Productive and self-motivated
Outstanding attention to detail
Always striving to produce quality workmanship
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Current Drivers Licence
Desirable (but not mandatory) Attributes:
First Aid Certificate
Sheet metal experience
Robot welding experience
Painting/Finishing experience
Fitting experience
Experience with Autodesk Inventor
