Who You Are
You have
at least 2 years' experience
in optical dispensing or premium fashion/retail
You're naturally confident, fashion-forward, and
present yourself with polish
You care about the details — from frame fit to client care
You're curious, coachable and excited to grow within a luxury environment
Most of all, you're motivated by
people, product, and purpose
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering
exceptional, one-on-one service
to every client
Advising on frames, lenses, styling and fit
Supporting with eyewear education, sales and ongoing care
Collaborating with a passionate team to meet store goals
Building lasting relationships with a
loyal, fashion-conscious clientele
