Receptionist/Patient
Care Coordinator

This is a senior front-of-house position for someone who combines exceptional patient care with strong organisational and staff-management skills. You will play an significant role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, supporting the clinical team and maintaining the high level of service for which DR Dental is known.

Key responsibilities
n
Deliver a warm, professional and highly personalised patient experience
n
Confidently discuss treatment plans, appointments, fees and payment arrangements with patients
n
Help patients understand the value, benefits and sequencing of their recommended treatment
n
Manage the appointment book effectively to support productivity and continuity of care
n
Oversee day-to-day front-office systems and workflow
n
Assist with staff coordination, communication and the implementation of practice systems
n
Manage patient enquiries and concerns with maturity, empathy and discretion
n
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative processes within Dental4Windows
n
About you
n
Significant experience in dental reception and dental treatment coordination
n




Strong working knowledge of Dental4Windows (D4W)
n
The confidence and sensitivity to discuss treatment costs and financial arrangements
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A calm, mature and solutions-focused approach
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
An understanding of the difference between simply providing a service and creating genuine value for patients
n
