n An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced or up-and-coming Commercial Property Manager to join one of Brisbane's most established and highly regarded commercial real estate agencies.
n
With a strong presence across the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets, the business provides end-to-end commercial property services across management, sales and leasing. You will join an experienced and collaborative team managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets.

Your role:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties
n
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and option management
n
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor services
n
Preparing budgets, financial reports and property recommendations
n
Monitoring rent arrears and tenant obligations
n
Conducting regular property inspections
n
Managing outgoings and annual reconciliations
n
Working closely with the leasing and sales teams




n
Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and client outcomes
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous commercial property management experience
n
A solid understanding of commercial leases and property legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
n
Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
n
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
