A full-time opportunity is available in the
Gold Coast
OR
Brisbane office
for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with more than
2 years PAE
to join the expanding disputes team.
You will work closely with senior litigators on a wide range of matters across Queensland, New South Wales, federal jurisdictions, and various tribunals — with the opportunity to quickly gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and preparing memos
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents




Reviewing disclosure material and preparing evidence
Managing client communication and updates
Preparing for trials, mediations, and hearings
Supporting senior lawyers while developing independence
File management, court deadlines, and diary tracking
What You Bring:
Admission in Queensland and more than 2 years' PAE in commercial litigation
Excellent drafting and communication skills
A strong sense of initiative and accountability
Attention to detail and sound legal reasoning
A team-oriented, down-to-earth attitude
