Hogan Care is seeking a Senior SIL Operations Coordinator to oversee day‐to‐day operational delivery across SIL homes, coordinating participant supports, rostering and service quality. You will work closely with Disability Support Workers, House Leads and Support Coordinators to ensure protected, person‐centred services consistent with NDIS plans.
