An opportunity exists for an experienced and senior Commercial Litigation Special Counsel.

About the role:
n
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Sydney CBD. In this role you will lead commercial litigation matters, represent clients in court and provide expert legal advice. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, negotiating settlements, liaising with courts and clients and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.



You will deliver exceptional legal solutions while building trust-based client relationships.

The successful candidate will:
n
Possess a minimum of 10 + years of litigation experience preferably with expertise in Commercial and Property, Strata Title and Family law
n
Experience in handling Court proceedings and familiarity with legal documentation and regulations
n
Skilled in negotiation and settlement procedures to effectively resolve disputes
n
Have a commercial mindset and ability to prioritise clients' needs
n
Exhibit exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Located close to Town Hall station, this is a rare prospect to use your skills to work in a boutique Commercial law practice.
