This is an opportunity to work alongside one of Cronulla's most established and high-performing agents, gaining hands-on exposure across listings, open homes, auctions, buyer management, prospecting and negotiations — while benefiting from the support, systems and reputation of a major national agency.

Our client is a highly regarded Senior Agent with 19 years with the business and an impressive track record of selling approximately 70 properties each year. With a strong local reputation and an established pipeline, they are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate / Co-Agent who wants to develop their skills and grow into an agent in their own right.

The Role
n
Working closely with the Senior Agent, you'll play a key role across the entire sales campaign, gaining hands‐on exposure to the skills and responsibilities required to become a successful Sales Agent.
n
n
Run open homes, inspections and buyer appointments while building strong buyer relationships
n
Assist with listing presentations, appraisals and new business opportunities
n
Manage property campaigns from launch through to sale, including auctions and negotiations
n
Prospect, cold call and build a strong pipeline of buyers, vendors and future listings
n
Work closely with the Senior Agent, gaining hands‐on mentorship across the full sales process and developing towards your own Sales Agent career
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone ambitious, driven and serious about building a long-term career in real estate sales.
n
n
1+ year experience in real estate, ideally Sales and/or Leasing
n
Strong ambition to progress into a Sales Agent role
n
Confident, professional and highly personable with buyers and vendors
n
Proactive, competitive and comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
n
Excellent communication, organisation, follow-up and time management skills
n
