About the Role
n
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Associate to join a highly regarded Brisbane practice and work as part of a nationally collaborative team.
n
You will advise a diverse range of financiers, borrowers, sponsors and government stakeholders on complex financing transactions, with the opportunity to work alongside colleagues nationally on significant matters.
n
Your role will include structuring and advising on financing transactions, drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation, and working across a broad range of financial products and structures.
n
The breadth of the practice provides an excellent opportunity to continue developing your technical and commercial expertise while gaining exposure to a diverse mix of clients and transactions.

Who We're Looking For
n
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with approximately 2-4 years' post-admission experience who have:
n

Demonstrated transactional Banking & Finance experience gained within a top-tier law firm.
n
Experience preparing and negotiating finance and security documentation
n
Robust technical drafting skills and attention to detail
n
Sound commercial judgement and an ability to understand clients' broader objectives
n
A proactive and collaborative approach
n
