The Department of Education Victoria invites applications for the Leading Teacher - Student Transitions & Pathways role at the Wurun Senior Campus, a shared campus for Year 11 and 12 between Fitzroy High School and Collingwood College. You will lead transition programs from Year 10 to VCE, and work with partner home schools to enhance senior pathways.
