We are a modern security company operating a 24/7 video verification control room, focused on monitoring private property and construction sites. We're seeking part time operators who are reliable, focused, and ready for an immediate start.
The Role
Monitor security alarms triggered by AI-based detection systems
Video-verify intrusions on private property and dispatch emergency services when necessary
Accurately log incidents and communications
Follow professional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work rotating shifts, including evening and overnight work
What We Offer
$29 – $67 per hour + 12% super
, depending on shift timing

Requirements
Queensland Security Officer Licence (Monitoring/Control Room function)
Excellent attention to detail
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently, particularly during evening and overnight periods
Basic computer skills (experience with CCTV or alarm platforms preferred)
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered

Experience in security control rooms or CCTV monitoring
Previous emergency services or dispatch exposure
