THE ROLE
n
Sell premium personal training programs valued at $3,000–$5,000+ to qualified inbound enquiries.
n
You'll manage opportunities from first contact through to enrolment — including lead response, nurture, appointment setting, consultation, follow-up and close.
n
We provide the brand, marketing, sales systems, coaching and inbound demand.
n
You bring proven sales ability, urgency, commercial drive and the discipline to work the full sales process.
n
We're looking for an experienced salesperson who can demonstrate real individual results selling high-value products or services.
n
This is an experienced individual sales role, not a people-management position. You'll be responsible for your personal pipeline, consultations and enrolments.
n
Fitness industry experience isn't essential. (This is not a role for wanna-be PT's)
n

THE OPPORTUNITY

Adam Prowse Personal Training is an established personal training business operating across Maitland and Lake Macquarie, with more than 1,400 clients training with us every week.
n




Our marketing generates consistent inbound enquiries from people actively looking for help with their health and fitness.
n
Lead and consultation volume is allocated across the sales team based on location, roster and performance, with clear expectations set during the recruitment process.
n
We're looking for an experienced salesperson capable of converting their share of that opportunity.
n
WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role.
n
You'll manage:
n
ENQUIRY → CONTACT → NURTURE → APPOINTMENT → CONSULTATION → FOLLOW-UP → ENROLMENT
n
Day to day, you'll:
n
n
Respond quickly to qualified inbound enquiries
n
Build strong relationships through calls, texts and follow-up
n
Book and conduct high-quality sales consultations
n
Understand each prospect's goals and recommend the right solution
n
Confidently communicate value, pricing and commitment
n
Guide prospects through concerns and confidently close
n
Proactively follow up and re-engage opportunities
n
Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline
n
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets
n
Participate in ongoing sales coaching and developmentOur prospects aren't simply purchasing a gym membership.

REMUNERATION & SUPPORT

$85,000–$100,000 base salary + super, depending on experience
n
Uncapped personal commission
n
Approximately $120K at-target earnings
n
$140K+ demonstrated top-performer earnings
n
Qualified inbound enquiries supported by established marketing
n
Proven consultation and sales frameworks
n
CRM, pipeline and lead-nurture systems
n
Regular sales coaching, role-play and feedback
n
Clear KPIs and performance scorecards
