Kids Discovery Early Learning and Child Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Chef to prepare warm, nutritious, and delicious meals for the children at our Spring Farm NSW **** centre. If you love creating wholesome dishes and contributing to a positive environment, this is the role for you!

About the Role:
n
n
Prepare morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for children using a 4-week rotating menu.
n
Cater to children's special dietary needs, including allergies and cultural preferences.
n
Maintain protected and hygienic practices for food storage, handling, and preparation.
n
Order and manage food supplies and oversee food deliveries.
n
Collaborate with the Centre Manager to design and prepare a wholesome menu.
n




Foster positive interactions with children and staff daily.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Hold a relevant qualification in hospitality, commercial cookery, nutrition, or early childhood education.
n
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
n
Experience in menu planning and managing dietary requirements.
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
First Aid Certificate
n
