Job Description
Taste of North India is seeking a full time Chef to prepare tandoor dishes, mentor junior staff, and oversee kitchen operations in a busy Coffs Harbour restaurant. The position requires a Diploma in Hospitality Management and at least one year of relevant work experience.

You will manage stock, ensure food hygiene, and train apprentices in tandoori techniques while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
