About the Role
n
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team based at our Enfield animal feed mill. You will be working with a small team to ensure smooth running of animal feed production and help us maintain a high standard of quality.
n
This role has a base hourly rate range of $*****-$***** (inclusive of loading & allowances) plus superannuation.
n
The main responsibilities of this role include:
n

Monitor production and batching process through mill control systems
n
Monitor whole grain and liquid additions
n
Ensure all raw materials received meet specified standards
n
Ensure plant is running correctly and is in safe working order
n
n
About you
n
As a successful candidate, you will have the following:
n
n




Advanced Feed Milling qualification, Food Processing diploma, Cereal Milling course or equivalent (desirable)
n
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Stockfeed Milling
n
Hands on approach to troubleshooting minor machine issues
n
Knowledge of ISO/HACCP and Feedsafe requirements
n
Communicate and work effectively with other members as a team
n
Knowledge of and commitment to health and safety work practices
n
