As a
KEY
valued member of this

law firm in the LITIGATION/DISPUTES team, reporting to/being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the
diversity
engaging in
compelling
work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.
Specifically, you will love taking
ownership
of your own litigation practice/clients advising & resolving
disputes
relating to:
Intellectual property-
mainly trade marks; and
Other commercial disputes-
eg commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery/insolvency, privacy law, defamation & employment law.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are
an admitted solicitor
;
have a
minimum
of
3 years (or more)
experience in
commercial litigation (
preferably including some
intellectual property litigation but not essential);
have high attention to detail+ robust drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills;
have an
entrepreneurial spirit
& willing to participate in business development/marketing;
are
results-driven
