Based in Norwest Business Park, this role will let you juggle work and life as you work the hours that suit you. As the senior within a small team, you will need to bring your experience to support a fast-paced team of brokers.

In the role you will:
n
n
Support loan process and assessment including checks, compliance, forms,



and documents are collated.
n
Accurately package and lodge loan applications with lenders.
n
Liaise with lenders, credit assessors, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely approvals
n
Ensure all work complies with Australian lending regulations, AML/CTF requirements, and internal policies.
n

To be successful, you will need:
n

Extensive experience processing loans within a successful brokerage
n
Robust organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
n
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
n
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to suggest improvements
n
