Saint Serene is looking for a polished, organised and proactive Front of House Coordinator to manage the client experience and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
This is a quick-paced role combining reception, hospitality, client communication, social media and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage the client experience
Prepare customised beverages
Manage bookings and client appointments
Send personalised videos and text messages to clients
Manage client confirmations and follow-ups
Post Instagram Stories throughout the day
Film treatments and clinic activity
Edit simple social media content using CapCut
Open and close the clinic
Clean and flip treatment rooms
Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation
Support clinicians with anything they need throughout the day
Stay aware of the clinic schedule and what needs to happen next

Hours & Training
Saint Serene operatesMonday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 11:00AM to 5:00PM
You will arrive at9:45 AM every shiftfor structured training and clinic preparation before opening.

Objection handling
Skin and treatment knowledge
