The role:
As Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home and lead a team of clinical staff.




Your responsibilities include supporting and mentoring staff, managing clinical incidents, ensuring compliance with legislation, and coordinating person-centered care planning.
You will work closely with allied health and medical practitioners to deliver optimal care, while also conducting clinical governance audits and overseeing medication management.
Reporting mainly to the General Manager, you will be a key driver of quality care in a welcoming coastal setting.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification with current registration
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and compliance standards
Experience in clinical governance and person-centered care
Ability to build relationships with families, staff, and external providers
