This role combinesoperational leadership, clinical and quality oversight, financial management, people leadership, regulatory compliance and resident experiencewithin a premium residential aged care environment.
You will lead a multidisciplinary management team, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and services while the home operates efficiently, maintains strong occupancy and achieves its quality, compliance and financial objectives.
This is ahands-on executive leadership rolerequiring a leader who can balance resident outcomes with commercial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadthe overall day-to-day operation of the residential aged care home, ensuring consistently high standards of care, service and resident experience
Driveoccupancy growth towards 100% while maintaining quality outcomes and ensuring appropriate staffing and resources
Overseecompliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies
Managethe financial performance of the home, including budgets, expenditure, income, staffing costs, resources and financial reporting
Leadand develop the management team, fostering an accountable, collaborative and high-performing culture
Monitorclinical care, quality systems, audits, incidents, complaints and continuous improvement activities to ensure positive resident outcomes




OverseeAN-ACC processes and funding submissions, ensuring claims and validation requirements are accurate, complete and timely
Buildstrong relationships with residents, families, representatives, staff, health professionals, contractors and external stakeholders

About You
Previous experience as a Facility Manager / Executive Managerwithin residential aged care, with a proven track record of senior leadership
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with strong clinical credibility and understanding of contemporary aged care practice
Comprehensive knowledge of residential aged care, including funding, accreditation, regulatory requirements, complaints management, restrictive practices and SIRS
Strong operational and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing budgets, staffing, resources and occupancy
Proven leadership capability, including developing senior teams, managing performance, mentoring staff and building a positive workplace culture
Robust understanding of quality, compliance and continuous improvement, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical action
