Our furniture brand, Karma Salon Furniture, specialises in salon, barber and beauty furniture and equipment.
Our shopfront offers professional wet goods, machines and everyday supplies, and we work closely with our partners at Hair and Beauty Kingdom.
We support salon owners, barbers, beauty professionals and wholesale customers across Australia, with a focus on helpful service and lasting relationships.
We're a small, laid-back team who enjoy bouncing ideas off each other and pitching in where needed.

About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised person who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable communicating over the phone and face to face.
Your main focus will be customer service and sales: answering enquiries, helping customers choose suitable products, following up quotes and processing orders.
You'll also assist our existing wholesale customers and help with everyday administration.
You don't need to arrive with experience in every part of the role.
We're happy to train you on our products, systems and processes, and work with your strengths as you learn.
A helpful attitude, reliability and a willingness to develop your skills matter to us.
What You'll Be Doing
With training and support from our team, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers by phone, email and in our showroom.
Recommending suitable products, preparing quotes and following up sales enquiries.
Processing online, phone, showroom and wholesale orders through Retail Express.




Helping existing wholesale customers with orders, product enquiries and stock updates.
Keeping customers informed about availability, backorders and expected dispatch dates.
Preparing furniture freight quotes and occasionally following up unsuccessful deliveries.
Communicating order and collection details to our warehouse team.
Helping with general administration and after-sales enquiries, with technical or complex matters referred to management.
What We're Looking For
A friendly, professional manner and the ability to build rapport with customers.
An interest in sales and a willingness to learn how to recommend products and confidently complete a sale.
Good organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
Transparent communication over the phone, in person and by email.
Confidence with everyday computer tasks and a willingness to learn new systems.
Reliability, initiative and a team approach.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or administration would give you a useful starting point.
Experience in the hair, barber, beauty or wholesale industry is welcome, but isn't essential.
Retail Express and Shopify experience would be a bonus, but neither is required.
We can provide training, and you don't need previous knowledge of our product range to apply.
Other Skills and Interests
If you have an interest or experience in photography, video, graphic design, Shopify website development, marketing, social media or content creation, we'd be happy to hear about it.
These are optional extras.
There may be opportunities to contribute in these areas depending on your strengths and interests, while customer service and sales remain the main focus.
