Fleetweld is seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team.
The role involves painting truck bodies, equipment, modifications, and repair work to a high professional standard.
Key responsibilities
Paint truck bodies, equipment, modifications, and repair work to a high skilled standard
Carry out quality control checks from preparation through to final completion
Achieve high-quality preparation and paint finish
Perform repair work and basic panel beating
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including tooling and equipment
Work both independently and as part of a team
Work overtime when required
About you
Strong sense of pride in workmanship
Excellent attention to detail
Experience carrying out quality control checks from preparation through to final completion
Experience with repair work and basic panel beating
Physically fit, as the role involves moving in and around truck bodies daily
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Punctual, reliable, and dependable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
