Territory Sales Representative - South East Queensland & Northern NSW
Are you an experienced sales professional with strong connections to the rural or agricultural sector?
BA Pumps & Sprayers is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Based at our Regional Sales Office in Toowoomba, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing dealer networks, and representing quality agricultural machinery and equipment.
You will take ownership of the territory, working closely with our Sales Manager and wider Australian team to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities for growth.
About the role
In this position, you will:
Develop and implement an effective sales plan for the South East Queensland and Northern New South
Wales territory
Manage a structured sales call cycle across new and existing customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers
Grow sales and market share within the existing dealer network
Identify and develop current customers and business opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand our dealer network strategically
Provide product information, sales support, and training to dealers
Represent BA Pumps & Sprayers at field days, trade shows, and industry events
Support sales promotions, customer communications, and product campaigns
Monitor market activity, customer feedback, and competitor developments
Provide regular sales activity, pipeline, and territory reports
Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and wider sales, marketing, and customer service teams




The role is based at our Regional Sales Office in Toowoomba and will involve regular travel throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales to visit customers, dealers, and industry events.
About you
We are looking for someone who brings:
At least five years' experience in business-to-business sales
A proven track record in machinery, equipment, or related product sales
Experience within the rural or agricultural sectors
Experience working with a dealer or distribution network
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Sound commercial awareness and negotiation skillsConfident written, verbal, and face-to-face presentation skills
The ability to plan and manage a large territory effectively
A proactive, self-motivated approach and a strong focus on achieving results
The ability to work independently while remaining an active and supportive team member
Confidence using digital systems for communication, planning, and reporting
You will be well organised, commercially minded, and comfortable taking responsibility for your territory.
Most importantly, you will enjoy working with customers and developing practical solutions that help their businesses succeed.
