About the Role
This is a hands-on production role focused on operating modern branding and production equipment including:
State-of-the-art laser engraving machines
UV printing equipment
Heat press machinery
DTF transfer equipment
Other promotional product production systems
You will be working across a wide variety of branded merchandise including drinkware, apparel, corporate gifts, event products, signage and more.
No previous industry experience is required — full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, solid attention to detail, and confidence working with technology and computer‐based systems.
Key Responsibilities




Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment
Prepare and process production jobs from artwork files and job sheets
Ensure branding quality and production accuracy
Warehouse duties included picking and packing stock
Monitor machine performance and maintain production workflow
Pack and prepare completed jobs for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required
Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines and express orders
