Nudgee Golf Club is seeking an enthusiasticChef/Cookto join our friendly clubhouse team.
This is a fantastic chance for someone looking forstable hours, daytime shifts, and a positive working environment—with minimal nights and a strong work–life balance.

Your Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook our daily menu for members and guests
Create fresh sandwiches, rolls, and wraps daily
Cater for seminars, functions, and corporate golf days
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver great service
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as aChef or Cookin a hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to food safety
A team player who performs well in a busy service environment
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to members' needs
