About the Role
n
You will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, coordinating cargo and container movements, and ensuring operational requirements are met within a busy shared inbox environment.
n
Working closely with transport, warehouse, and operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage high volume customer enquiries via shared inbox and phone.
n
Coordinate Import and Export cargo movements including LCL, FAK and FCL shipments.
n
Process bookings, cargo releases, documentation and job updates accurately.
n
Ensure compliance with Australian Border Force (ABF) and bonded warehouse requirements.
n
Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
n
Identify and resolve issues before they impact service delivery.
n
Maintain accurate records, documentation and Invoicing
n




Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and operational processes.
n
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
n

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Previous experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transport, warehousing, container operations or shipping.
n
Strong understanding of Import and Export processes.
n
Experience of handling cargo documentation, invoicing and customer service.
n
Knowledge of containerised freight including LCL, FAK and FCL cargo.
n
High attention to detail and ability to work within regulated environments.
n
Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset.
n
Ability to prioritise competing demands and remain organised under pressure.
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
n
