We're looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
n
What you'll be doing
n
You'll become the central point of coordination between our brokers, lenders, referral partners and internal operations team.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement
n
Liaising with lenders, brokers, clients, referral partners, valuers and solicitors
n
Tracking applications and proactively identifying potential delays
n
Following up outstanding documentation and approvals
n
Providing regular updates to brokers and referral partners
n
Reviewing applications and documentation for accuracy and compliance
n
Maintaining CRM and workflow systems
n
Staying across lender policies, credit appetite and product changes
n
Attending lender training and industry sessions
n
Helping improve processes and create a more efficient operation
n

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Commercially aware – you understand that getting deals across the line matters.

Ideally, you'll have
n
n
Experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, banking or financial services
n
An understanding of residential and/or commercial lending
n
Experience managing multiple applications or transactionsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
n
Experience with a CRM or loan origination platform
n
A relevant degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or similar is desirable, but experience and attitude are equally important
n
