About the Role
n
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades onsite
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications
n
Maintain WHS compliance and site safety
n
Monitor construction program and timelines
n
Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and certifier requirements
n
Maintain high-quality workmanship standards
n
Report progress directly to management
n
Interpret architectural, structural plans and details
n
Set out site as required
n
Have a good eye for detail and finishes
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Site Foreman (residential preferred)
n
Strong understanding of NSW building codes and regulations
n




Ability to read and interpret construction plans
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
White Card (essential)
n
Valid driver's licence (essential)
n
Ability to run multiple trades efficiently and meet deadlines
n
Ability to run a few multiple projects
n
Interpret architectural, structural plans and details
n
Setout site as required
n
Have a good eye for detail and finishes
n
