The Role
This is a hands-on and customer-focused position where you will be responsible for supporting customers with their parts requirements and developing new parts opportunities across the Brisbane market.
You will be required to:
Identify and supply the correct parts forearthmoving and construction equipment




Understand customer technical and equipment requirements
Develop and grow parts sales with existing and new customers
Provide accurate parts identification, quoting and ordering
Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
Work closely with the sales, service and hire teams
Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer spend
Support customers with technical parts enquiries and solutions
Maintain a high level of customer service across the Brisbane region
In this role you will be supporting the following machines –
Site dumpers
Mobile Cranes
Spider cranes
Access Equipment
Telehandlers
Skid Steers
Specialist equipment
Key requirements
2 + Years in Earthmoving parts or related industries like Forklifts, Trucks, Agriculture equipment.
Previous experience as a parts interpreter
Career driven with the mentality for career development
Willingness to learn
Forklift licence
Current driver licence
If you have experience with earthmoving or related equipment this would be a massive advantage.
On offer is great salary package
$85,000 - $90,000
Superannuation 12.5%

Training
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm – Full time Positions
plus also offer career development and training from the Parts Manager.
You will also be given training to develop ongoing skills that can see you step up your career into management within a short time frame.
