Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Site Supervisor to manage the construction of detached investor builds around the Ipswich area.
You will have previous experience managing approx.
20 builds simultaneously, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Ensure homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice




Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
Maintain a high level of OH&S; on all sites
Your Experience:
2+ years experience Site Supervising volume build new homes
Trade background (desired)
Great communicator and well organised
Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
