Job Description
Talent Quarter is seeking a Facility Manager for a 50‐bed aged care residential facility near Preston, VIC.
You will oversee complete operations and report to the Regional Manager to ensure high standards across the region.
You will manage staff, drive quality, risk, and compliance, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent resident care and operational performance.
