We're looking for a Manufacturing & Planning Coordinator to join our Hemmant branch and provide planning, systems and administrative support to our Remanufacturing operation.
n
This is a hands‐on administration and coordination role, working closely with the Planning Controller, workshop team and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate information, support planning activities and keep jobs moving.
n
Our Remanufacturing operation works across a range of component rebuild and repair activities, with a strong focus on electrical components.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Planning Controller
n
Maintain accurate work order, production and planning information
n
Monitor job progress and identify potential delays or outstanding requirements
n
Maintain Excel trackers, reports and planning information
n
Support materials, purchasing and inventory requirements
n
Work with workshop and support teams to resolve information or data issues
n
Assist with improving planning administration, reporting and data processes
n
n
Roster: Monday to Thursday – 6:30am to 3:00pm / Friday 6:30am to 1:00pm
n Role Located: Hemmant, QLD

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, workshop, mining or similar operational environment
n
Robust administration, organisation and coordination skills
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets
n
Previous experience using an MRP/ERP system, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
n
Strong numerical and analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and follow actions through
n
Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
n
Experience with Power BI, purchasing, inventory or production planning is advantageous
n
