Job Description
Respect Group Limited, operating Bayview Haven, is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical quality, governance, and compliance in a coastal aged care setting.
The role supports safe, person-centred care with solid collaboration with the General Manager and Care Management teams.
The position drives continuous improvement, ensures accreditation readiness, and provides mentorship to nursing and care staff to uphold high standards of care for residents.
