L'Oréal is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting strategy for its Consumer Products Division in Melbourne.
You will drive S&OP; excellence, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and guide a talented team through baseline sizing, promotions and NPD planning.
You will track forecast accuracy, implement best practices with the Local Business Owner and Zone teams, and ensure effective in-store launch execution while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Finance.
